Locally made, welsh sandstone well or planter. This ingenious structure has been built around a 30 inch diameter alkathene water pipe with local stone and mortar. The structure weighs over a ton and is supported on a 4 inch reinforced concrete slab, making it possible to move in its entirety with heavy lifting equipment.
